KENDA SUPER SALE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is offered by Highway Tyres ("the Promoter").
2. The promotion runs from 10th September 2026 until close of business on 30th September 2026, unless extended by the Promoter.
3. To qualify, a customer must purchase four new Kenda tyres in a single retail transaction during the promotion period.
4. Eligible customers will receive:
   1. $100 off the price of the four Kenda tyres;
   2. one standard wheel alignment at no additional charge; and
   3. one tyre rotation and balance service at no additional charge every six months for the serviceable life of those tyres.
5. The $100 discount is applied at the time of purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, disposal fees, tyre-pressure monitoring system components, repairs and other products or services are not included.
7. The complimentary wheel alignment covers a standard alignment service only. Repairs, replacement parts and additional labour required to correct worn, damaged or modified steering or suspension components are not included. The customer will be advised of any additional work and price before that work begins.
8. Complimentary rotation and balance services:
   1. are available every six months from the original fitting date;
   2. must be booked in advance and performed by Highway Tyres;
   3. apply only to the four Kenda tyres purchased under this promotion and the vehicle to which they were originally fitted;
   4. require proof of purchase or an associated customer service record; and
   5. do not include puncture repairs, wheel repairs, replacement parts, tyre-pressure monitoring system servicing or other maintenance.
9. "For the life of your tyres" means while the four promotional tyres remain fitted to the original vehicle and are safe, legal and serviceable. The benefit ends for an individual tyre when it is replaced, permanently removed, disposed of, damaged beyond safe use or reaches the legal minimum tread depth. It does not refer to the life of the customer or vehicle.
10. The offer and complimentary servicing benefits are available to the original purchaser only and are not transferable to another person, vehicle or replacement tyre.
11. Customers remain responsible for maintaining correct tyre pressures and arranging servicing when due. Missing a six-month service does not create an entitlement to additional or accumulated services.
12. Services are subject to appointment availability and the vehicle being suitable for the Promoter's equipment. The Promoter will advise the customer if a service cannot safely be performed.
13. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used with another discount or promotional offer unless the Promoter agrees otherwise.
14. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of purchase and vehicle identification before providing a complimentary service.
15. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
